37th Annual Rustic Fair Application

The Rustic Fair is a vendor fair for Makers specializing in the construction of handcrafted rustic furniture, furnishings, architectural elements, and artwork.
Important: Please read ALL directions and instructions carefully before completing your application.

Eligibility:
All work must be the Maker's own original design and handcrafted by the Maker.
Furniture and furnishings shall be made by hand of natural elements.
Artwork includes paintings, drawings, and sculptures.
Individual antiques, factory or mass-produced, and individual taxidermy that are not integral to the structure of a piece of furniture, furnishing, or artwork are not eligible for submission.

Event Details:
Date: Saturday-Sunday, September 6-7, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Booth Fees and Space Information:
$250 for a 10x10 booth space. The Vendor will provide their own tent.
$300 for a 10x10 booth space. ADKX will provide the booth space.
$600 for a 10x20 booth space. ADKX will provide the booth space.
$850 for 20x20 booth space. ADKX will provide the booth space.
Electricity will be provided at all booth spaces.
Photo Submission Instructions:
Please upload 5-7 images of your work. These images should highlight the artisanship and style of your pieces. Ensure that the images showcase at least five individual pieces to give us a comprehensive understanding of your artistry.
Selection Process:
Applications will be open until 11:59 PM on Friday, April 11, 2025.
Applicants will be made aware of their submission status by May 12, 2025.
Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.


Additional Information:
The Rustic Fair is held on the grounds of the Adirondack Experience. General admission will be charged to visitors.
This is an invitation-only event. Applications are sent directly to vendors. Please do not share this application.
